From script intake to final delivery, Workspace keeps your requirements, Project Manager, files, milestones and billing in one confidential place. Built for independent producers and production companies working with FilmDrafts.
Opening in stages. FilmDrafts creates Workspace access for each client and Project Manager when a project begins.
Your next step, your Project Manager, your next deadline, any payment due and your latest files. Shown here with sample data.
Illustrative preview with sample data. Names, projects and amounts are fictional.
Every FilmDrafts order follows the same clear path, so you always know what happens next and what is needed from you.
Answer only what is still missing. Details from your request are reused, so you are never asked twice.
One person owns your order, knows your project and answers your questions in one thread.
Scripts, references and drafts stay private to your project, with versions and dates.
See what is due and when. Payments are tracked separately from progress.
Published deliveries arrive with notes. Review them at your own pace.
Approve, or request a revision within your scope. Completion is always your call.
Your Project Manager is a FilmDrafts specialist in budgets, schedules or finance models. They review your materials, ask the right questions early and keep your order moving.
Upload scripts and references once. Deliveries arrive as published packages with a version and a date, and working drafts stay with the team until they are ready for you.
Milestones show progress. Invoices show what is due. They are tracked separately, so a payment never hides the state of your work, and the other way around.
Card payments are not available in Workspace yet. FilmDrafts will never ask for your card number, passwords or private keys.
Each order has one private thread with your Project Manager. Questions, answers and attachments stay next to the files they relate to, and FilmDrafts can join when billing or scope needs a hand.
Revisions are part of your approved scope. Each round keeps its own record, so the original delivery is never overwritten, and an order is completed only when you approve it.
Scripts, budgets and investor terms are sensitive. Workspace is designed so each person sees only what their role needs.
No public sign-up. FilmDrafts creates each account, and you can ask us to end access at any time.
Clients see their own projects. Project Managers see only orders assigned to them. Checks happen on our servers, not just in menus.
Confidentiality terms are accepted once and recorded with your project, with the version and date.
Client and Project Manager sessions end 48 hours after sign-in. You can sign out of every device from your profile.
Workspace is opening in stages. These protections apply to every client and Project Manager account as it is created.
A short guided tour, recorded in the working Workspace, is in production. It will appear here as soon as it is published.
Clients with an active FilmDrafts project, their assigned Project Manager and the FilmDrafts team. There is no public sign-up: FilmDrafts creates each account.
Workspace is opening in stages. When your project is set up, FilmDrafts emails your access. Until then, your Project Manager works with you by email as usual.
You, your assigned Project Manager and FilmDrafts. Working drafts stay with the team until they are published to you as a delivery.
Each invoice shows the payment method FilmDrafts confirmed for your order, such as PayPal, Payoneer or a bank transfer. After paying, you submit your proof, FilmDrafts verifies it and your receipt appears. Card payments are not available in Workspace yet.
